Training
When you purchase a presentation system from Business Media we don’t just give you the equipment and expect you to master it overnight. We offer on-site training for each piece of equipment and every system we sell.

Extended warranty services
Business Media provides complete service and support for all manufacturer warranties. In addition, Business Media offers extended warranty options on the majority of the products we sell, an advantage few retailers can match.

Service and maintenance
Our service department has the knowledge, training, and resources to keep your system operating efficiently. In addition to providing warranty services, we also provide:

•	Repair or replacement of cabling, connectors, wall plates, and equipment sold and installed by Business Media.
